On top of this, NY is refusing too act on any of these tenants, and have postponed court opening for over 1 year (the but the movie theatre's are reopening) (priorities).On a side note, I was thinking about the process of being able to transfer what is owned in NY to a small portfolio in FL.

Have it done in an attorney's office--as much for the theatre of "yes this is a binding lease I have the resources to enforce my interests" than the legal piece.

For example, you can pin locations that would be desirable for tenants to live close to (good schools,grocery stores, shopping, movie theatre, etc.) and then set up searches within those areas.Let me know if you have any questions!

The ATR is most often done with W-2's/paystubs, followed by tax returns for self employed but can also be asset depletion, bank statements (for self employed instead of tax returns) etc..
