I would rather allow the hosting-partner reap those rewards than a "good-enough" PM, for what, the "potential" at a few more bucks?

Real estate investing can be incredibly rewarding, but it also carries inherent risks, including lawsuits, liability exposure, and unforeseen creditor claims.Navigating these challenges effectively requires a solid team of professionals.

There is ways malicious actor's can very readily use BTC to take in $, world wide, wash it clean and reap the rewards. 

Seems like most of them never got the RISK / REWARD concept.

Honestly, it comes down to the reward vs the effort and what we are in it for.As we have progressed in our journey, the less hands on work we need to do which means we may be happier with slightly smaller margins.

We used this strategy on this deal and it worked like a charm!

Sometimes I like to gamble, based on the risk/reward.
