If you, the seller, can deliver a palette that matches what the buyer would love to do on their own but can't, you're guaranteed to sell that house for top dollar.If you don't know what colors to use, try hiring a designer.

With elements of elaborate ornamentation, asymmetrical values, pastel color palette, and curved or serpentine lines.......OMG!

Your gray hued counters and backsplash is what is throwing this palette off.

You have to check out all the sample palettes people put on pinterest - Greige (grey beige) is a warmer approach and popular. 

Be careful who’s advice you take :) you have a great palette to work with there.

With a bold colored retro tile, skewing the fixtures minimalist/modern is the easiest way to keep things from clashing and to appeal to a broader palette. 

I now rehab homes using a formula, same general design and color palettes so supplies can be shared between projects.

I love light color palettes, and I see lots of white and light greys here.
