Due to the 7 days of lab results and another week to do do the report,  I've been telling all my clients for several months that I will not be inspecting after 6/15/18.  

I majored in Math, minor in chemistry and general science. 

They don't work with everyone because sometimes the chemistry is not right between both parties, this is highly respectable in my books because it shows they aren't only looking out for their own interest but also the investors.

I wish i had the time to market and connect locally with investors too...but as a cath lab travel nurse, frequently on call my time is accounted for except for what i can squeeze in on BP.   

I’m very pleased with price labs.

They allowed me 6 months & did it all myself.But then again I remember our final exams forbade the use of calculators, slide rules were the only device allowed as were card punched software solutions in our lab finals. 

After the visual assessment we collect 13 dust wipe samples throughout the house which we send to a lab and for determination of lead dust.

Ridgecrest (California) is by far the worst city for landlords,but it is not because of their policies:-)in 3 years of owning and managing units in RC, I saw - drug labs, neighbor tenant murder, police chased and shot and many other various situations.try to pay tenants deposit back to them after going through all of  this.NOT funny
