I see the discussion, but it's talking about the amount "Jim" can take for the next loan, not anything about the time period between when one loan is paid off and the time until he can request a new loan.Asking more out of curiosity, I would be surprised if John Hancock had something incorrect posted on our retirement plan web page. 

Physically see the property, don't rely on web pictures, sometimes they are years old and don't show the current state or the entire property.

There is a free web site you can list your section 8 rentals on. 

The most valuable lessons are issues that stop you in your tracks and you devote time and effort to solving them.

Some people benefit from paying a lot of money for basic advice (that's otherwise free on the web) but remember that a stopped clock will tell you the correct time twice a day.
