Easy repopulate with millennials and immigrants

I think the US could increase the population through immigration which could drive housing higher. at the same time lower inflation. 

There are visa options, or tourist entry, all with limited stays; or immigrating if you win the lottery.  

A contractor APP.....AI, Robots and Apps.....let's not do anything any more......sigh.....Good news is that this will open up the world to be taken over by people like those here. can you imagine how the world and real estate investing would be when genZ started becoming 42 years old, this is why they import immigrant Bruce, because their mind is not corrupted yet by AI,handyroboman and apps LOL LOL I love my latino's mateAmazing people that know the value of a dollar and hard workGod bless them 🙏

If there are some kids that aren’t testing high because they are immigrants who don’t speak English as first language, it shouldn’t make much difference, especially for a rental property.

I keep comparing to Aussie and other countries world wide.Buyers agents pretty much don't exist and only listing agents do.true, US is almost always the most complicated one, in other country no need to have buyer agent but there're more, no need to pay tax when selling house, no need to put all 2000 pages disclosure when selling house  , no need to have house with so many certification (required in some states ) before renting it out , no need to hire expensive licensed american-born General contractor when repair house, no need to call specialized licensed educated electrician / plumbing with ipod because it's just .... plumbing. no need to pay tax with annual increase .... no need to pay ridicilous amount of insurance every year no need to check their credit score and immigration status when renter is impying LOL the list is on and onTrue mate but Aussie’s F#%@ you with stamp duty.

I had many asian immigrant friends growing up who experienced very similar cultures.

Meanwhile, an immigrant from Ghana shows up with $9 in his pocket and broken English and he's somehow able to buy six investment properties in ten years?
