It would be immensely helpful if anyone could enlighten me on what to expect on the subjects of fire, elevator and water tower inspections (frequency/cost), building maintenance, insurance, property management, etc.I believe 5% each month and a 2-3 month fee for finding tenants, please correct me if im wrong.

Apparently the level of financial education in our school system is so low, or none existent, that a third grade level book with no specifics, just broad generalities can become a runaway best seller and be worshiped by both the financial naive as well as those preying on them as a brilliant work of financial acumen and enlightenment.  1.

Walt Disney used various trust to anonymously acquire several adjacent tracks of land in Florida, which he then put together and turned into Disney World, and I'm sure he was not the 1st to pull this trick :) @Bill Gulley could you please enlighten us all on the proper way to pull this trick off, the pros vs cons, financing, and if it is worth it for Cluadia?
