Investors & PMCs are more business oriented than owner-occupants and will shop and shop and shop for the best price.They may also expect you to drop your price in the middle of a project - because they think thy found someone cheaper.Working with PMCs can be steadier, but payments can drag due to the PMC waiting for the property owner to send funds and then their own internal processes.DM us if you'd like more insight...

It is a decent market as I am told but I would start calling all you can find there to get a feel for the market.

So we custom built a solution within air table to help us with this as we have an internal project manager on our team. 

I agree that it seems like your strength of current knowledge resides in the development side so yeah, find a local developer to intern with to learn the ins and out of the business.

What do you guys recommend to help deal with emergency calls (eg. fire, flooding, leaks etc.) tenant call screening.

For more than ten years I’ve listed (mostly vacant lots) FSBO on Zillow and now their customer service doesn’t respond when I email for help through their website.They used to call to verify ownership but now request documents, which I’ve uploaded but still no response after weeks of trying!

The market here had one of the highest rental yields globally in 2024 and continues to attract both seasoned and first-time investors internationally.
