Prospects have endless options, attention spans are shrinking, and technology makes it easy for them to reach out to multiple agents or businesses at the same time.

There are ductless electric units and the technology continues to improve.

I started advertising, improved security, invested in better lighting, added automation, and implementing technology which made doing business easier for the customer.

Technology advances are making matters worse as the wealth divide will continue to grow.

A simple technology stack and a great local team (cleaners, maintenance, and "gopher") is sufficient to self-manage one unit, assuming you don't mind the occasional late night call.
