Hi everyone,I’m building a simple AI tool designed specifically for real estate agents to save time writing listing descriptions, social media posts, and client follow-up messages.Here’s what it does so far:- Instantly creates engaging, professional listing descriptions (MLS style, luxury, or casual tone)- Generates Instagram/Facebook captions for listings- Writes follow-up texts or emails after showings/open houses- Makes printable flyers or email invites for open houses (coming soon)I’m looking to get honest feedback from agents: - Would you use a tool like this? 

Unfortunately BP often does not have a lot on this topic so we spend more time on FB social media groups than here. 

Every time slot during the day has a purpose... even if that is just free time, social time, family time etc.

Post cards, aids, social media is being pushed but nothing.  

Secondly, the journey a consumer takes is fueled in large part by trust - there is a sequential process a potential booker goes through and trust is part of that - and some will never trust an independent DB opportunity unless there is plenty of social proof that its legit.

We have a new social campaign that we started around the same time which has yielded decent results.When I get them in the office, I've not lost them, nor has my assoc. brokers. 

To post a banner on social media, flyer, etc?

Not to scare away beginning investors but I do feel that many of them probably saw on social media that real estate is a way to reach "financial freedom and build wealth".

It handles passwords and other types of sensitive information such as credit cards and Social Security numbers.

You give them something that solves a problem right now.Used well, it turns website and social traffic into a list you can serve and close.
