That was my thought process with interacting with a tenant.Responding to your comment about me giving back to my community, I would agree that there needs to be a boundary between the tenant my charity.

Although our firm can provide referral fees, I personally do not unless the referrer donates the fee to a charity of their choosing.

Brandon has only ever taken a small salary from ODC (mostly for tax and legal purposes) which is then immediately donated to charity.
