I think you could make a case that they are at times but at the end of the day the distressed home sellers have not been good stewards of their properties and therefore sell at a discountI lived in Mexico doing missionary work for a while so I learned Spanish and the culture.They hate debt and so never develop credit scores.

I came across your post while making my own, and I've been looking into investing in Mexico, actually.

They tend to be places like California, Oregon, Washington, Idaho, Arizona, New Mexico, Texas, Georgia, Tennessee, and through out the west and south.

I'm a U.S. citizen living in Mexico and I've been trying to find the right deal in the U.S. - looking primarily for 1-4 unit residential on the small side, or as big as a 5-16 unit commercial multifamily - for about the last year.

I am going to my first one this year as well. in the past they have been in hard to get to locations or all the way across the country and I was not exited about 6 hour flights and for sure had no interest in Mexico :).. 

Because a million dead Ukrainians so Ukraine can become a NATO country on the border of Russia (just like America would be totally cool with Russia or China having a military alliance with Mexico totally reasonable), illegal immigrants welcomed by businesses and their paid for politicians to push labor costs down at the expense of poor Americans, and forcing kids and healthy people to take vaccines that don't work is totally not a scam.

Have travelled to South Korea, Mexico, France, Canada, Maui and Italy.
