I am starting to get into ecommerce/drop shipping.

TLDR;By my findings, if you are a long term Airbnb host/Superhost, etc and had your bookings DROP OFF A CLIFF this summer, switch to "Flexible" cancellations and I bet your bookings will go back to "normal".So I have been hosting since 2018hundreds of reviews, still over a 4.9+ score.

I have definitely seen a drop-off in wholesaling activity in the area. 

How do we get mods to pin this thread to top of forums like BP notices? 

Would you give my buyers agent the benefit of the doubt given that we’ve worked together for so long or would you recommend I drop a note to the listing agent?
