But think of it this way, if they want to spend the national average of $7,000 just to prepare to list on the MLS, pay an agent or agents a total of an average of 6% and get an offer that requires a concession average of 2% plus have people trapesing through their house for 60 days to 90 days, and be ready to show on a moment's notice at odd times of the day, then they are gluttons for punishment and I let them squirm in their discomfort of selling on the MLS.

They keep punishing the ones using their voices and speaking up by ghosting them or using the words that they will in return sue them for slander.
