Just trying to get a clearer picture is all.I have researched this over and over on the internet and cannot seem to find anyone with a similar situation.

Based on what I have seen from MOST internet gurus, they are offering very basic, table stakes type in info that they regurgitate from some other guru online who offers it for free. 

Simplisafe is an option for vacancy without internet or you can do something like ring cameras.   

I won’t go into any specific details of the property here because I’m not going to post that openly on the Internet, but I just wanted to brag that I got a great deal and paid well under the comps for it.

Being able to combine learning and work has its benefits.If nothing else just start following the internet on on pleaces like Realtor,com, Zillow, even Facebook, etc. to start learning property and rental values. 

I searched the internet for 280A regulations, but i couldn't find anything.  

AI is just the latest tech tool.So, they'll be good uses of it and bad.Just like the internet, PMC software, PMC support software, etc..Personally, I think the best uses will be:1) Answering repetitive owner & tenant questions- Will actually provide more human-like responses once "programmed" properly.2) Responding to tenant prospects too lazy to actually read property postings, so they call, email or text repetitive questions.3) Enhancing followup tasks- Will actually provide more human-like responses once "programmed" properly.4) Make data analysis & aggregation MUCH easier!

Internet chatter is a good starting point but most of my investors say the gold is going deal and taking relationships offline.
