I think our prime minister mentioned something about a national rental lease that people have to use and having to disclose previous rental prices...problem is things like that are under provincial control, not federal.

I am a youth minister in a rough neighborhood in Cleveland.

But if you spend too much time "ministering" to someone that doesn't actually want the change then you miss out on the willing people that, with guidance , would soar.

Yes our prime minister is trying to push EV, but they aren't realistic at that scale in Canada due to the weather, lack of infrastructure and distances between cities. 

In Canada our prime minister has increased immigration to a level that is not sustainable. 

Poverty grinds people down and even working with people enduring poverty grinds people down (landlords, social workers, teachers, ministers, whomever...).In class D neighborhoods, it is possible (though sometimes difficult) to find and retain tenants of good character AND for tenants, finding landlords that do a great job maintaining decent housing and that treat tenants fairly are rare.

I am in real estate investing, to be able to free myself from my 9 to 5 job and hopefully to answer God's call in my life as a full time minister or Pastoral Ministry.
