I follow my practice with a stream of consciousness journaling session where I just write down everything going through my head without judgment.

Fifteen years ago I used to attend and or speak at 15 commercial real estate events per month, and have a block ad in the Houston, San Antonio, and Dallas Business Journals, as well as the regional edition of the Wall Street Journal.

But journalism proved to be a shrinking career, and I needed to keep growing.As a realtor I'm still a rookie, having gained my license last spring.

Mental health records/journals, some nice artwork from the '50s, antique sewing machine and my favorite... a box of puppies.

Gurus aren't chasing people with 100K in the bank account by putting ads in Barrons, Wall Street Journal, Investors Business Daily or Financial Times.

Im using the journal to post the payments on my current payments for other mortgages.

This is reckless journalism. 

My background is in graphic design, web design, social media, journalism, festival management and (more recently) property management.

From now on, maintain a journal to document any offending behavior.  

I highly suggest sitting down and concentrating and writing down in a journal - some pat answers you can pull out of your hat.Until you get really good at it, this is your automatic response from now own:1) "I'll have to get back to you on that."
