A darker grey would be more tasteful. 

Honestly, I think the ABCD system is doomed to stay vague, because there really are just so many shades of grey, and there's even different "Greys" you'd really want to track if you are getting serious. 

Are there large windows without shades or anything else that is not allowing the unit to cool lower than 72?

There isn’t that much brick and it looks modern...go at least a couple of shades darker but you do nit want a pronounced contrast.

And the white walls are awfully stark.Personally, I;d paint the walls a very light shade of that same aqua, and use a white on white vanity.

Go live there, the grass is really a shade brown.

Staining a refinished oak floor a consistent shade ain't that that easy.But you're not looking to reinvent the wheel on that floor, get a whole new look.

Not to dark and contrasts well with white trim or other darker accent colors on the same color swatch.
