They'll blow their money on booze, vaping, Rx drugs legal or otherwise, fast foods, a couple of 55inch TV's, monthly cell phone & cable TV bills etc but have no concept of a Landlords property taxes going up to fund wasteful medicare, baby momma benefits, HEAP, food stamps etc etc.

@Darren Chang I just skimmed the code and It looks like there is an owner occupancy requirement for accessory dwelling units (as you mentioned you could in theory live in either).

The one below (not mine) has been pimped with accessory sliding tracks, and you can see a router under the right table, which comes all set up for a router.I use a TS all the time in renovation, ripping boards and moldings to custom sizes trying to match existing woodwork or reframing doors etc.
