I am not a lawyer but I think I remember my RE class instructor saying it was not okay to pay a fee to someone who does not have an active real estate license.

I think his biggest issue was the way the instructor taught and that is a variable that can be different when you take the class.If you decide to do it all online, I used mckissock and was pleased with them.Hope it works out for you @Eric Decker and welcome to the boards!

Any degree program can be made difficult, the thing to do is find those who have taken courses and ask them about the course but more importantly ask about the instructors!
