@Vinh Huynh you can also buy a cheap dish washer install it of you don't already have it and raise rent 50$ a month I'm sure there is similar strategies I'd love to hear some

For the kitchen I added a dish cloth, two wine glasses, a bottle of non-alcoholic wine and a Ikea metal fruit basket.   

good thunderstrom rips off part of the roof floods the house no one around one month later its a petri dish of mold  LOL. 

We were dirt poor but everyone was a stickler for cleanliness and not having stuff everywhere - food went in the trash, dirty dishes got washed, etc.

If you can manage more then a 4-plx+  then my suggestion would be to move towards one multi family investment property.Not making dumb moves starts with not stacking your dishes too high. 

Only thing is, it looks like you can dish it out, but you can't take it.I will say this again, YOU AND OTHERS LIKE YOU are the reason so many quit looking for help in this forum, and stop seeking the answers they need. 

People dishing out crap advice or proposing ridiculous limitations are speaking from positions of fear.

Unless I am on the road my wife has not cooked or done a dish in that time..

I've seen too much damage caused by dishes and don't allow them on the building.
