Three years ago had a 3/1 in Philadelphia went through HD for an estimate bathroom remodel $15k no tile, no gut.

The local HD Supply also looked pretty picked over from last time I was there.  

@Leah HollidayWell, this is an easy fix at least.You need some JB HighHeat Weld, sold in an epoxy putty stick for nine bucks a pop at Amazon, Lowes, HD, pretty much every home repair store.

Do mold air quality tests with kits you get from HD or Lowes.Mold strikes creeping terrors about developmental disabilities and childhood health hazards into the breasts of young mothers.

You might expect filth and neglect....but not indoor paintball meets psychedelic porn graffiti! 

I don't know if this counts but we did 1800 sq ft of LVP (Life proof from HD) in our Lakehouse that is built on wooden stilts & has decades old plywood flooring that's 1 inch thick.It's been 5 years of heavy traffic, water & dogs yet we have not experienced any buckling, separation, contraction or 'popping' out.

Lumber liquidators is less expensive here, compared to Lowes or HD, but the quality most likely is not something that will hold up.  

I'd like to see a red door (lots of reds to choose from -- take a sample of current paint & go to HD or Lowes & see what colors they have similar to what you have, & what 3rd color they have with them (why re-invent a wheel).
