Something really stood out to me when I was reading your profile Peter, and it was the last paragraph about Mogul Realty. 

As I keep studying and searching, house hacking really stood out to me.

Tricky with all of the trusses and very hot up there, but fun.If anyone wants to join me in the next week or two, let me know.

We have a one story with an attic truss that sits on top so technically living space in the trusses which a lot of new builds don't.

I later find out that as he's giving me almost-daily updates of "I pulled the permits today" and "The trusses were ordered today from ____, they'll be here in 2 weeks."

But i stood on it, and it held up (i am not light any more). 

I had to tell a 35yr old man Standing right  in his living room that I was going to throw his whole family out on the street if he didn’t pay up in front of his children as they stood there scared wondering where they will go .( I get no satisfaction out of that btw)  How many of you out of  state bleeding heart investors from the west coast would want to do that on your Labor Day “ off”  to get a measly  500 bucks ?
