I know it's easy to rattle off the keyboard and not have to look someone face-to-face as they try to throw out "false" information. 

And you might say well you were unlucky and that was your anecdotal experience .. true.. however, I can quickly rattle off another 6 builds with different builders, all with similar experiences.  

They will see they have you rattled.

I also try to inform their attorney ahead of time or accountant, being that "up front" with those who advise them will get you much further than some attorney calling after the fact and rattling his saber at you for taking advantage of HIS client!

The thing that is rattling around in my head is how flexible this 50% rule is.What I mean is, does the rule apply to the 1% rule, the 2% rule?

it was 2y ago that i started investing in calls with her and i've since gone to a few of her retreats and such and continue to find a LOT of value in having her to go to. i also really prefer learning from someone 1:1 so i can just rattle all my questions at them and get more personalized advice, and the big guru people don't usually offer this; if they do it costs like half of my year's earnings lol. 

He can speak legalese, rattle some sabers, etc. in regard to proper foreclosure procedures, yadda yadda yadda.
