Long story short: My landlord raised the rent by $40 year two and $60 year three but two months ago (a week before our wedding) he let us know he'll be raising rent by $250.

The tenant called for the water heater repair on Wed afternoon, the repair man went to examine the water heater next day morning.

Our wedding was after that refinance.

There's a local investor group in Madison that meets every other Weds. 

Without traffic you can reach either base in about 15-20mins.There is also a local meetup on the last wed of the month in Woodbridge.

Or in other words, buy at the funeral, sell at the wedding LOLAs long as the fundamentals are sound, money will chase yield. 

As it turns out, there's wedding photography and not a lot else.After graduation, she was saddled with over $100,000 in student loans and never did find a job in the field.
