When you factor in that I would need significant time to save funds for another downpayment (think 50-60K minimum) I would be awfully close to  my planned wedding date - at which point I would have my (the wife's) W2 stability and great income to add to mine, and thus buy more properties.

So you can price the machines at $1.75 a load on the weekend and $1.50 on Mon-Tue-Wed-Thu…thus allowing those residents with a flexible schedule to save some money and building some good will potentially.Insider Tip: Laundry budgets don’t have much elasticity.
