I'm not endorsed by nor do I work for Turbotenant, but I had the same realization as you and I started self managing everything even from across the country.

But in general, detach single family has appreciation faster than inflation rate, that itself is money making.now combined with househacking, the house is becoming mortgageless.househacking is becoming more common these days due to inflation and also being endorsed by the gov. ; it is not something that's uncommon like in the 80s.So if you see my reply, the single family can be used as "saving mechanism" as well as "generating income".

Denise,The issue that your client is likely dealing with is that there was a Warranty endorsement on the policy (part of the insurance policy that states that something must be done).  

Same goes for finishing a closet without a casing.For Lifestyles Unlimited to endorse this vendor and subject their other members to loses at the hands of this vendor is where my issue todays is.  

congrats on your venture I wish you the best of luck with it.. also its ringing endorsement with the uber competition and herd mentality that is following MF these days that you guys pulled this off.... your to be commended. 

So there is bias, just like the vendors who post on these forums endorsing services they offer. 

I am not endorsing gurus to anyone, but I like his program and think it will benefit investors who are new and need guidance in real estate investing.

Those are just examples and not endorsements; I have no personal experience with either of them.My point is, there are ways to invest in real estate by handing your money over to someone else and allowing them to grow it.
