If it stays open to private aviation, I always thought a fly in rental would be a unique opportunity.

My experience as an aviation officer in the US army has given me the skills to, manage, problem solve, influence, coordinate and make on the spot decisions.

I am pretty good at reverse landlording..I was having dinner with my aviation partner on sat. and he is a bigger softee than  me.. 

I currently work for General Electric Aviation full-time and just recently started this real estate journey part-time.

I plan to become an agent, and eventually invest in properties, particularly buy and hold with a focus on aircrew as tenants.I left the aviation field and am really going for something way out of my comfort zone for the first time in my life.

Boeing and GE Aviation are also making significant investments in the area.
