My partner and I pay close attention to the currency exchange. 

One where currency and it's value is globalized, as in, we can get away with printing trillions of it if it's supported by countries buying our notes.

This isn’t a housing bubble, it is an everything bubble (stocks crypto, housing etc.)Have the housing prices gone up by a lot in the last two years?

My Dad and I have a financial market background- he's been a Stocks/Commodities/Currency trader and Money Manager since the 90s.

Except I would put 1 - 3% in crypto (BTC) as a hedge against inflation/dollar devaluation.  

Same as crypto bros. 

I think Peter Harris’ videos are great, but the people who get you to sign up are disgusting swindlers  Most of the high pressure tactics come from the influencers they find in basements shilling crypto and only fans. 

I am currently working with Rent-to-Retirement to pick-up 2-4 properties this year and grow from there with RTR and other opportunities.My only other investment income comes from my crypto mining business.

What I didn't realize is that also rode on the waves of currency differences. 

Printing currency recklessly always results in the same outcome...
