Hopefully with the successful conclusion of the lawsuit we can take the discussion to a cooperative mode with all citizens working toward a resolution: landlords both local and out-of-town, tenants and home owners, private industry experts such as @Adam A. and our local government administrators and leaders.I see far more work ahead by winning than losing...the next step will be in leading the discussion towards a workable solution.

@Rosie Geller let me start of by saying I was in IT including live broadcasting of International tennis tournaments, so I have experience in security and security cameras.The problem with using security cameras are:- the resolution at night usually isn’t good enough to make identification unless you buy REALLY good cameras which will cost more then the AC unit you lost.- even if you get an alert, the response time of police isn’t fast enough and your equipment is long gone.

The agent told me I had to make a new login, so I did, but kept getting an error upon login, so the agent submitted the request to the Research & Resolutions department to fix and it was supposed to take 24 hours.

But if force mind to say "ok, let's do this different, let's pretend everything with HOA is 100% correct" and look back trying to find how it all goes together, may learn some new perspectives in it all that can aid going forward.From what shared thus far, i have a feeling that things got adversarial early, and that entrenchment made any positive resolutions very hard.
