How many satellite markets are out there that are stagnant?

@Bruce Woodruff had a dog house, I had a cat house...27 cats, the owner walked away to another house up the street, leaving dishes on the kitchen table and all furniture.

I've lived in larger houses when I was in my early 20's and there was never any fridge or cabinet space, issues with dirty dishes, etc. etc.

In order to avoid conflicts among strangers he offers untraditional amenities: monthly house cleaning; monthly restocks of consumables like dish soap, paper towels, TP etc; free utilities and so on.

I own a satellite office that we have practice pay NNN lease to me and I own my wife’s building.

Many of my flips are hundreds of miles away or even outside of Texas and I usually list with a Realtor for this reasonI could see Zillow having a 9$ an hour foreign “ case worker “ or Zillow home representative “ walk the average person through it just like setting up a pc or satellite  tv service .

Once the grass grows too high or the dirty dishes overtake the kitchen or the toilet gets backed up, she would need to get a new house.

Things like keeping common areas clean and clutter free, wash dn dry dishes within xx hours of use, guests can stay a max of xx hours, etc.I've never had an issue finding roommates in metro Detroit.

There's really nothing a tenant can do to damage the roof unless they improperly mount a satellite dish or put up a Clark Grizwold Christmas light display. 

I would be watching the satellite communities for opportunities, not Seattle.
