If you explain about the possibility of two guys with steel pipes jumping out of the bushes the year after next and putting him in a wheelchair with a brain injury and a colostomy bag to crap in for the rest of his short life, he might still not get it.

That said, generally speaking in most states, LLCs and other business entities do not shield you from personal liability if you personally had knowledge of, or were personally engaged in, the conduct that causes an injury.

This law imposes duties on the landlord including: Abiding by any applicable housing codes (including state, city and/or county codes), and maintaining the property in a safe and reliable manner.A tenant can sue a landlord for a slip and fall as long the tenant can prove the landlord was negligent and the negligence was the cause of the tenant’s personal injury (broken or fractured bone, scarring, or another serious bodily injury).

;)  Then to add insult to injury, the value of the bonds will to down in nominal terms as well, if interest rates go above the 5000 year world wide lows.  

Several things hit them at once, they start borrowing more and more money, then more stuff happens and they get caught in an irreversible spiral. 

I watch Judge Judy and Judge Milian, and every week, there would be a "pit bull" case, in some cases, victims with serious injuries.

I definitely believe most people should seriously think it through before painting brick, especially modern brick, because it's largely irreversible.

It took over a year to get my insurance and workman's comp to pay out and cost me 1/3 of my claim because they blew me off until I hired a lawyer, longer to recover form the injuries. 

And very high risk for injury or illness.
