The whole tax code would be burned to the ground, replaced as a whole with refreshed code, streamlined and simplified.

With Craigslist, I refreshed the post every ~4 days and filled the unit within 10 days.

I'd rather find something where rents are low because the landlord hasn't even attempted to give it a light refresh in the last decade and put a little money into it and raise rents and give tenants a place they are proud to come home to.  

Added value with a quick kitchen remodel, a utility shed, and refreshed the house's paint.
