U dont hear much about it .. its a niche and anyone who has taken back a seller carry back note usually gets a few direct mail peices offering to buy your note.. thats all it takes its public record make contact offer to buy .. etc.

Project two and three are right behind these closing spring of this year one to Toll the other to Lennar.. suffice it to say this is going to be very good for us and LIFE CHANGING for my client U would have to work decades and be super lucky to make 20% of what he is making doing rental properties for example.One post on BP I was the only one who answered as this is not the kind of funding any of the HML on this site will do or the BROKERS for sure..
