My posture is 8/10 positive.With a skeptical eye on the political food fight in Congress and labor market softness in the short term.

Remind ALL of the tenants that they are renting a room in a shared house and while they may not be friends, they need to be polite and respectful of others. 

But I wouldn’t chalk this up to politics or any one administration.
