It looks like we can't do webcam notarizations here yet but when we can, I'll be all over that, I love technology.

@Dawn Anastasi  I believe that all you would need to do is use a webcam, then upload your video to youtube or vimeo and then embed the link onto here...or an iphone - save the video to your iphone/ipad then upload to youtube or vimeo and attach the link.

No doubt you are 100% right, and trust me, I am learning... unfortunately from my own mistakes...Ann wasn't a real name either, I just decided that K.is even less personal :D K. called me and e-mailed me the proof of 3-days rent pay or quit.At least now I know tenants names.

Most of the time people don't want to sell when you door-knock, want versus need are two important sides, and its unlikely to be a good convo and "sign this purchase agreement", more a dk one day, back the next week, and maybe more dk's in there before a decision is reached to sell.  

I just would not advice anyone to do D4D or DK.
