Main attraction was flat rate management fees vs % that everyone else charges.

Either self manage or find a property manager.

(Which is going to be 2-5x higher than regular insurance which is not the servicers fault its what insurance companies charge and servicers do not own insurance companies).

As a property manager myself, I typically encourage investors to give it a shot for a few months as you can always go ahead and hire a company at any point.STR management can be expensive, typically about 15-20% here in Atlanta, so it could be worth saving some money and seeing how it goes.
