It would take considerable manpower to show every rental and every lead for a large company.

When i read about how their deal was really messed up with most investor probably going to take huge loss's its not shocking.. you have to stay right on top of these and have the manpower to do it.

Ive spoken to county officials in the counties where they have land and the officials have nothing but bad things to say but also admit they cannot do anything because they don't have the manpower to deal with it.

There are thousands of these apartments in Hudson and Essex county and there simply isn't enough manpower to enforce them all and it may even be against their interests to do so. 

AS for building 3 mil more homes that will cause price rises again in lumber and other items for the house not to mention man power  .. 

The FBI could help but they are overwhelmed in general to put manpower on this but you never know.

Lately I have been running into some road blocks while doing multipe flips at a time due to capital and man power.

Loan servicing companies put in the same time and manpower to service a loan that is 90K compared to one that is 900K - there's no difference.

Make no mistake; people from both sides of the aisle would use this program if made available. was the point to build 3 mil MORE homes than currently being built.. that will be tough given supply chains and manpower and zoning and land use rules.. your not going to for instance in Oregon bust the long standing urban growth boundary rules without revamping the entire states land use process's and laws.. plus what kind of housing.. ??? 

There are some reputable lenders that go down to 75k - just know below that 100k loan amount level that rates and cost may seem higher because of servicing and man power inputted into the deal still cost the same for lenders and brokers involved.
