I will tell you this additional information though: I have been in touch with someone who has worked at all of their Florida operations in property management and they have told me that they witnessed first hand the Book & Ladder (Crook & Ladder as I like to call them) redirecting funds to Crew and allowing common area utilities to go unpaid.  

Wit the idea of new construction you would be able to satisfy your next goal. 

Have the exchange documented, ideally with a witness or property manager present.
