., but I’m not sure if that still makes sense.During the closing process I learned that the property was still occupied by the previous owner that was foreclosed on and that her and her boyfriend were drug addicts and at least one of them had a warrant out for their arrest.

I obviously don't want to get arrested, but i need access to house.

So but yeah I been through hell with is hiring a contractor 1 fired him because he was in drugs bought his drug girlfriend to help I told them don’t comeback the contractor 2 his help got arrested so he then bring wife to help him unbelievable.

A neighbor complained and the local police and state police arrested and removed him due to another outstanding warrant.

The benefit of this is that if the police catch anyone there that shouldn't be they can arrest them on the spot.Also if the tenants aren't paying and they let the utilities get cut off you can get code enforcement to set the people out in 24 hours because the house is not habitable without utilities.

It listed 2 marijuana possession arrests in Iowa, with dates and court dates and outcomes.  

However, the seller & his wife have been arrested this past weekend for BIG drug trafficking charges.We had a closing date for this week on Wednesday 8th, 2020.

@Lallu Tappu if there is not a countersigned lease, then she could be considered trespassing/squatting and therefore may be able to get her arrested instead of evicted. 

Only issue….she was arrested for a different charge and so we couldn’t quite serve the notice until she was out of jail.
