I suppose in the 21st century it should be "happy significant other happy life" but it does not sounds as catchy. 

I'm not quite sure what this entails, but I assume if I join one of the realty companies such as Keller Williams, Remax, Century 21, etc. that they will serve as a broker for my license.For those investors who got their license solely for investment purposes and not to become an agent, did you also join one of these larger companies or are their smaller brokers? 

I helped a BP member a week ago to close a home in Charlotte that can be described "as the deal of the century"!

I can say that because The greatest minds ( Ford Edison Einstein etc.) of the 20th century had very little schooling .

On the other hand , I haven't been out of work a single day since graduating a quarter of a century ago ( but that also is a function of owning my own business ).

Computer science opens the doors to many excellent 21st century high paying jobs.

Then again, I also lived in Orange County during the 2006-2008 downfall and saw the epic rise and catastrophic fall of New Century, Ameriquest, etc.

It doesn't make much sense to people why someone would live in a town with a closed coal mine that has no way of ever opening again and not just move to somewhere with a 21st century economy.Of course, the reasons can be a little more complex, but this question can be asked just as easily as someone asking why people live in expensive coastal cities.
