Between the 8 people on the property, the total electric consumption for washing machine averages $0.59 per month, and electricity for  the electric clothes dryer averages $8.77 per month. 

The watch, the clothes, the artifacts in the office which point to their possessions.I'm instead drawn to folks who listen first and then inquire for clarification...and then propose ideas and strategies to assist.Aside from interviewing a metric **** ton of people in the space, do you have a rec on how to find someone who would fit more into the latter category?  

Hi All,I am deciding on washing machine with built in coin box or washing machine connected to coin timers.My concern was if the coinbox attached if the timer get over before the machine completes or if tenants put example 2 quarters which I would thing would give 10 mins wash time and then hanging in the apartments to dry the clothes (Never know today people try all different things).Also which washer brands is better - Whirlpool, Maytag, Speed Queen, Crossover.Wanted to know your experiences.Thanks,Steve

Pack your warm clothes because it is COLD up here lately. 

It looks new and clean but keeps leaking and not drying my clothes.

Stay  out of the STR where you have many inherent risks and you have to clothe, feed and manage it 24/7 365 days per year.

Still 2 of the tenants in my 4 tenant building still choose to go to the laundromat and pay $7.00/load for a big washer and even more for the large dryer and throw two weeks worth of clothes in at a time because they perceive the value of their time is worth more than running 2-3 loads in my cheaper machine and having to spend 4 hours on laundry and $6.00 when for $15.00 they can be done in 1 hour.

(I'm not sure exactly which strategies to employ - but Seller Finance and Sub to have certainly caught my eye.)I'm looking to employ the vast majority of my (future) profits into feeding, clothing and providing shelter to the homeless and working with anyone who'll work with me to develop such people into productive hard working members of society.David

Tool kit, sleeping bag, security measures, work clothing and go there- rip out the drywall that's damaged, sounds like the flooring is ruined as well.

In these 2 million dollar homes, there might be a member of the family wife or husband who has alot of clothes and would like their own HUGE walk in closet .
