You didn't have to insert any coins which mean free washes.The circuit board was checked again and the distributor service rep came out and made yet another adjustment per the regional manufacturing representatives instructions...so far, everything seems to be okay.

If you are willing to part with the functionality of the form letter (e.g. inserting names and addresses) I have seen people simply handwrite a letter, keep it very general, and just make copies of that.
