Here's the problem:Not a week goes by where someone joins BiggerPockets and answers a question on the forums, and as part of that solution, recommends some company that does a fantastic job of solving some problem that the OP has.This would be great if these people were actually doing so because the solution/company is what the poster was looking for.Unfortunately, these people who are claiming to be "satisfied customers" are almost always either: a) the owner of the company b) an employee of the company c) some other shill of the company.

The prices were artificially driven up and people that had no clue what they were doing, people that had no business owning a house, and shill buyers created high prices.War zones are not for flipping, they're for experienced investors that know the ropes.

On one side you think BP is filled with shills for various guru programs.

You stepped out of your house, turned to walk toward the municipality center, and when you got to the corner every week there was a stall selling sheets and blankets at cut prices but really quietly shilling unstamped illegal counterfeit cigarettes right outside the convenience store there. 

@Jim K. and anyone else on here shilling for Harbor Freight may disagree with me on this, but don't bother with the cheap tools!

@david shill it makes your life a whole lot easier if you have a local apartment association you can join which usually has lots of resources such as standard leases and other helpful forms.
