It's frustrating, because I really would like more, but there's no way I'd buy with the intent of using as a VR and then get shut down a week into it by an angry neighbor! 

Ive been doing RE for (10 years up to 35 doors) and that software is like watching real estate porn.  

I have been using them for vacation/nightly rental for the past 2 summers (bought them in April '14) but have found VR to be far to active, and not really all that lucrative when additional taxes, laundry, furnishings, amenities, etc. are factored in.  

She's up to 80 or so episodes now, and they are full of good information on running a successful VR business.

Otherwise, there are plenty of one off landing page templates you can buy to make your VR landing page look really professional.Best of luck!

So if rent is $1000 and VR is 5%, you would factor in $50 as an expense each month.
