It's emotional and extremely disruptive for them, so I found it best to show them they're getting a good deal in a bad situation, and they always calmed down and it was over with soon.I'd also require renter's insurance. 

If it's another *** whoopin in Federal Court Clayton Morris is looking for, I've got no problem giving it to him.whats the worst he can do SUE  YOU :)  me thinks he will just calm down and try to rebuild his brand from abroad ….  

To the fearful person, it may be more calming for them to rent (i.e. it's easier to get out of a lease than to get out of a mortgage if all hell breaks loose in the world again).

But if UE,  PPP and EIDL kick in before 5/1, and perhaps Covid calms down a little - hopefully things will be ok for next month.   

We need to keep calm, have patience and weather the storm.

Thank you so much @Josh Hooper I'm really anxious but i try to calm down and take those short steps towards getting to know the business before just jump in to it lol I don't have a book on wholesaling but i do have books on other Real Estate investing strategies.

Charlotte and Raleigh are arguably both TOP 10 commercial real estate markets in the entire USA, and Charleston is close to that top 10 list.Asheville, NC is one heck of a mountain town. picture cool nightspots, breweries and restaurants with hipsters in a great sized downtown, with views of mountains on all 4 sides. a little slice of paradise. lakes and waterfalls to swim in beat the beach any day for me.The Charlotte, Greenville, SC, Asheville triangle to me is one of the best regions in the nation. still 3 hours to beach, but i'd rather swim in the mountain lakes.Cheap housing, snows maybe 1 time a winter, mild winters, hot summers.

Is its demeanor calm and relaxed, or does it lock eyes with you, tense its body, and growl?
