That being said, there's no choice other than to rack up doors and passive income!

So professions where field is growing, money can be 6 figures or more in early to mid career years, and student debt tops out at say 40,000 all in it might make sense.Some students are racking up 60k to 100k in debt for a 50k job where the student loan debt in most cases cannot be eliminated in a bankruptcy!       

This seems to be a very difficult concept to comprehend.Property Managers are not an off-the-rack commodity that perform equally. 

I really wanted to tell him about my aspirations and goals but it was so nerve racking.

Probably replace the wooden porch down the road sometime but happy with my purchase.

It was nerve racking thinking  that when the seller saw my assignment fee they were going to walk.   

That would rack up pretty quick!

You'll gain much quicker growth on your money and wait for a the foreclosures  to start racking up then go buy a property.
