Not if you drop and swap them successfully 

In my experience, a great handyman can pain, do basic plumbing and electric, swap out toilets, replace drywall, etc.

Something like an electrical panel replacement is a problem, if you swapped out some outlets, that isn't as big a deal (at least in my area).If we are talking about major construction, like an addition, they could make you tear it down.

As a compromising you could swap out the queen in the master for a king and leave the rest. 

Being from the same area we may be able to swap stories and share info on specific deals and possibilities. 

My fiance and I are essentially swapping the roles we've played the past few years.

But the real money is made like when his bank got bought out.. he made over 1 million in the stock swap.. that's where financial freedom comes from for many sale of a business or some other type of event that takes you along for the ride..

Part of the contingency, I had an inspection which returned some questionable items, like no outlet under the sink for the garbage disposal (one of many small things) and a huge electrical panel swap, estimated at $5k.
