Hey @Shane Woods I live in Denver and spend a fair amount of leisure time in New Mexico.

I'm working on a deal in New Mexico which is not a popular market so it's been challenging to find a financial partner that makes sense.

I New Mexico born and bread, but have lived in Arizona (Mostly Flag, also PHX) for a number of years.

Maybe Boise Idaho home price would rise after some of us move there.Here's the database:https://layoffdata.com/data/ Population in those states is barely 1 mil if that.. .. so probably % wise pretty close to CA. ya but under the radar we have cold war now between the CA corporation vs the CA (socialist) goverment.while the socialist goverment increase min. wage, the corp started laying off people even in blue collar industry, so this layoffs has been widespread so far.take a look at it here https://www.wsws.org/en/articles/2024/01/08/wxay-j08.html in CA there're 3M minimum-wage worker under poverty line ....also Mexico is having the nicest weather I should say LOL maybe we have to cross border to get good job+weather lol

We may have to stay here until Milton passes Florida... oh darn, we'll be stuck in Mexico for another day or two...

However overall international tourism went down more than 50% because of the strong dollar and weaker Yen also, a lot more people from the US going to Mexico/Europe because of the affordability.

This is still up in the air, we are doing a week in Mexico in April and 2 weeks in Europe in May and they will be a good test of our ability to be gone.

What's the difference in flight costs if you're going to Utah, Arizona, Idaho, New Mexico, etc. vs.

Ed, I have heard from my Canadian friends that they have seen plenty of Americans going there via Mexico or Canada.
