As I’m driving in Mass Pike with no traffic which is beautiful having the road to myself  and feeling like a road warrior (HA) i noticed cell towers after cell towers after cell towers on all the building and houses and churches.

Close to shopping, restaurant, public transportation, schools, church, town athletic fields, and the sportsman's club.

Then dad calls one day and says he knows people from church and Vets groups that need help budgeting and stuff.

We're closing on a fantastic 4-plex fix and hold and once it's done we're going to donate a house to Guatemala through our church.

This is a friend (church member) so I'm not sure how to approach him.  

Some people to contact in an area: local police or sheriff, the Mayor or the city council/staff, HUD county office (they know which banks will finance), local established business owners, local Pastors and church officials, anyone in the area of the property with a nice house.

He also introduced me to my church home.
